Orlando, Florida, November 30, 2018 — Sterile Environment Technologies (SET3) announced that it has appointed Gerry Weber as its new Director of Disaster Recovery and Environmental Consulting. In this role, Weber will support SET3’s Rapid Response Disaster Recovery teams, whose work centers on helping critical environments like data centers minimize the economic impact of natural disasters, equipment failures and other disruptive events. This work ranges from damage assessment to cleaning, restoration and recovery of electronic equipment. “The swift evolution of IT systems and controlled environments has created new vulnerabilities for today’s businesses,” Weber says. “In the wake of disruptive events, SET3’s disaster recovery services will now play a major role in helping to restore productivity for clients whose operations and infrastructure have been compromised. Weber brings more than 30 years of experience in critical situation project management and analysis to SET3 and has assisted with a wide variety of assessment and recovery efforts. Recognized as a thought leader and problem resolution expert, his industry expertise includes best practices consulting services for IT, enterprise technology, and mission-critical systems and environments. Weber has earned 16 patents and has authored/co-authored numerous publications.
