Tech Pro Belts for AC Units to Reduce Risk of Downtime

SET3 has a brand new product that replaces rubber belts in data Center and cleanroom AC units – Tech Pro Belts. Tech Pro Belts lasts at least 4x longer than traditional rubber belts. Tech Belt Pro creates no harmful belt debris from belt driven air units in critical environments such as data centers, labs and cleanrooms. Tech Belt Pro does not shed residue or static charged particles into the environment like regular rubber belts do (no oily belt debris). Best of all, its anti-static or also an ESD version is available. It lasts longer and is able to withstand hotter temperatures than common petroleum based/rubber belts.

Tech Belt Pro is made of removable/attachable 1″ links, so it is sold in foot/chain allotments. The twist lock link attachment / removal feature allows this chain to be separated to make any size belt or several belts within the number of inches purchased – with no tools necessary! Just link the number of inches desired by the unique turn and lock system to make any size belt.

EXAMPLE: 25 ft of Tech Belt Pro can make eight 36″ belts, or twelve 24″ belts.
